# Policy(SHORT token) Mining (live on polygon）

1. SHORT tokens are created by supplying the policy(CALL/PUT Options) on guard.insure. About the procedures of supplying policy:

&#x20;   2\. Enter 'Mining' tab and choose the corresponding pool related to your SHORT token.

&#x20;  3\. Press 'Stake' button and fill in the blanket, then “Confirm”.

&#x20;    4\. You will then earn GUARD tokens with some bonus token like MATIC.

&#x20;    5\. When the mining pool expired, you could unstake your SHORT and settle your policies in the 'Policy settlement' tab.
