# Policy(SHORT token) Mining (live on polygon）

1. SHORT tokens are created by supplying the policy(CALL/PUT Options) on guard.insure. About the procedures of supplying policy:

    2\. Enter 'Mining' tab and choose the corresponding pool related to your SHORT token.

   3\. Press 'Stake' button and fill in the blanket, then “Confirm”.

     4\. You will then earn GUARD tokens with some bonus token like MATIC.

     5\. When the mining pool expired, you could unstake your SHORT and settle your policies in the 'Policy settlement' tab.
